Step 1: Access Your Client Portal

Visit /client-portal and log in with the email and password shared by our team. If you have not received credentials, contact info@archanainfosolutions.com.

Step 2: Review Your Project Dashboard

Once logged in, you will see your active projects, invoices, and support tickets. Each project shows current status, timeline, and deliverables.

Step 3: Raise Support Tickets

Use the Support tab to create tickets for any queries, bug reports, or change requests. Our team responds within 4 business hours.

Step 4: Track Invoices

All invoices are available under the Invoices tab. You can view payment status, download PDF invoices, and see payment history.
