Billing and Payments FAQ

How do I view my invoices?

Log in to the Client Portal and click the Invoices tab. All invoices with payment status are listed there.

Payment Methods Accepted

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Cheque (payable to Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd)

Payment Terms

  • 50% advance before project start
  • 25% on milestone delivery
  • 25% on final delivery and approval

GST Invoice

All invoices include 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9% for Telangana, or IGST 18% for other states). Our GSTIN is displayed on every invoice.

Overdue Payments

Payment reminders are sent at 7, 15, and 30 days overdue. Services may be paused after 45 days of non-payment.
