Raising Support Tickets
Support tickets are the fastest way to get help from our team.
From Client Support Portal
- Go to /client-support and log in
- Click the Support tab
- Click New Ticket
- Fill in: Subject, Priority (Low/Medium/High/Critical), Description
- Attach files if needed (screenshots, documents)
- Click Submit
Ticket Priority Guide
- Low (24h response): Feature requests, suggestions
- Medium (8h response): Non-urgent bugs, content changes
- High (4h response): Broken features, payment issues
- Critical (1h response): Site down, data loss, security
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Include screenshots for UI bugs
- Mention the URL where the issue occurs
- Describe steps to reproduce the problem
