From Client Support Portal

  1. Go to /client-support and log in
  2. Click the Support tab
  3. Click New Ticket
  4. Fill in: Subject, Priority (Low/Medium/High/Critical), Description
  5. Attach files if needed (screenshots, documents)
  6. Click Submit

Ticket Priority Guide

  • Low (24h response): Feature requests, suggestions
  • Medium (8h response): Non-urgent bugs, content changes
  • High (4h response): Broken features, payment issues
  • Critical (1h response): Site down, data loss, security

Tips for Faster Resolution
