TapKit for Co-working

Day passes that end at closing time.

Members tap the card they were given on joining. Day-pass guests get a card that expires at closing. Meeting-room cards on the table start the room, and every tap is in the ledger for billing.

Today

Day passes on paper wristbands, members who left months ago still walking in, and meeting rooms booked in one place and used in another.

With TapKit

Every member and day-pass visit has a time and a card against it, a lapsed member's card is retired in one step, and day passes die on their own.

A real day

A weekday at a hundred-desk space

Members tap their cards at the front phone. The ledger records each arrival.

A day-pass guest is booked onto Pass 12 until 8pm. Their arrival is announced to the community manager.

A member taps the card on the meeting-room table. Its routine calls the room's lighting and AC webhook.

A member who cancelled last month taps an old card. It was retired: the tap is recorded and nothing happens.

Pass 12 expires. Tomorrow it is somebody else's day pass.

The cards you would issue

Member cardsIssued on joining, retired on leaving. Old taps keep pointing at the right member.

Where TapKit stops. TapKit does not bill members. The ledger CSV gives your billing tool the visits; TapKit is the evidence, not the invoice.
